Purchase

We aim to provide the best quality products and services to our customers. Please note that all products are displayed via images only, and we cannot guarantee exactness.

We ensure that every product and its packaging goes through a quality check before it is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. Please use this number to track your shipment.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products. In addition, we are not able to exchange any products that have been damaged or lost after shipment.

Payment

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.
