If you notice any damage to your package or items is missing, please make a video while you open the package so we can process your claim.

We can only process a request for replacement under the following circumstances:

• The product supplied is different from the product ordered.

• The product supplied got damaged/lost during the shipping process.

• The soul must supply proof of purchase or receipt of the product.

However, souls will not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange under any other circumstances.
